Senior Software Engineer, AI

What you'll do

• Propose, prototype, build, and deploy agentic systems to solve real-world problems using state-of-the-art techniques.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, feature workflows, and model-serving components for applied AI use cases.
• Scope new solutions by working cross-functionally with different business lines to address manual workflows.
• Develop and maintain the underlying platform, agent frameworks, and model-serving components for internal AI infrastructure.
• Convert gathered workflow requirements from stakeholders into technical automation solutions.
• Learn and evangelize current AI technologies and their practical applications to the rest of the company.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical degree.
• 1-2 years of experience taking AI systems into production or 2-4 years of experience with traditional ML.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Experience using and optimizing AI coding assistants in a collaborative production environment.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional communication skills to gather requirements and convert them into technical automation.
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify workflows into modular, reusable automation components.
• Practical experience enabling agents, skills, MCP, and other emerging AI technologies in a professional environment (preferred).
• Experience with process automation, event-driven architecture, and a modular software mindset (preferred).
