What you'll do

Develop and maintain high-performance features for the System Experience Calendar application across Apple platforms.
Architect scalable, testable, and well-structured modules for complex software systems.
Write and maintain production code using Objective-C, Swift, and SwiftUI.
Manage concurrency and state using frameworks like GCD, OperationQueue, Async/Await, and Combine.
Design platform or system-level components and APIs consumed by multiple internal teams.
Implement features based on time-based data models and iCalendar/CalDAV standards.
Perform advanced debugging for memory, thread, performance issues, and rendering glitches using Instruments.
Uphold high standards for code quality, unit testing, and engineering processes.

What we're looking for

Proficiency in Objective-C and Swift is required.
Experience with mixed-language codebases is required.
5 years of experience with interoperability between Objective-C and Swift in large, long-lived applications.
2 years of SwiftUI experience in a production environment.
Proficiency with concurrency and state management on Apple platforms using GCD, OperationQueue, Async/Await, and Combine.
Ability to design scalable, testable, well-structured modules for complex applications.
7+ years of engineering experience building mobile and desktop projects is preferred.
Experience with time-based data models, iCalendar, and CalDAV standards is preferred.
