What we're looking for

Proficiency in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
Experience developing scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems using multiple programming languages.
Expertise in integrating AI/ML components and utilizing generative AI tools to enhance development.
Proven ability to manage the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD and automated testing.
Strong skills in debugging, code review, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards is preferred.
