What you'll do

Design and implement AI-powered solutions to improve developer onboarding, code review, testing, and debugging.
Build and enhance large-scale developer platforms including Bazel-based build systems and CI/CD pipelines.
Develop high-performance infrastructure code to support the deployment of applications at scale.
Identify developer pain points and bottlenecks to deliver tools that improve engineering velocity and reliability.
Create automated frameworks for test execution, incident triage, and documentation generation.
Mentor other engineers and contribute to establishing internal engineering best practices.
Measure and improve developer productivity through data-driven DevEx initiatives.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of software engineering experience building scalable applications, developer platforms, tooling, or infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience building, integrating, or operating AI-powered systems to improve software engineering workflows and productivity.
Experience working in large-scale monorepo environments including build systems, dependency management, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong mastery of software engineering fundamentals including system design, data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and mentor others in a large-scale engineering environment.
Preferred experience with Bazel for build optimization, dependency management, and developer workflow automation.
Preferred proficiency in programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, or C++.
Preferred experience with infrastructure tools including Kubernetes, Terraform, and observability platforms like Grafana or Splunk.
