What we're looking for

Write idiomatic modern Java with a deep understanding of concurrency primitives and data structures.
Experience implementing techniques to index, store, and query time-series or logs data.
Experience with one or more data storage technologies like Elasticsearch, Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Prometheus.
Proven track record using AI to accelerate development, debug systems, and optimize code.
Ability to work autonomously in a distributed team using asynchronous communication.
Experience building high-performance, scalable database, search, or distributed systems (preferred).
Experience with open source projects and familiar with various source control workflows (preferred).
Experience designing, leading, and owning cross-functional initiatives (preferred).
