Triage and resolve issues and pull requests for the global community.
Drive cross-organizational initiatives to build industry-leading observability solutions.

What we're looking for

Write idiomatic modern Java with a deep understanding of its concurrency primitives.
Design and optimize efficient data structures and algorithms for high-performance systems.
Implement novel techniques to efficiently index, store, and query time-series or logs data.
Experience with data storage technologies like Elasticsearch, Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Prometheus.
Proven track record of using AI to accelerate development, debug complex systems, and optimize code.
Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in a globally distributed, asynchronous team.
Experience with open source projects and familiar with different source control workflows and continuous integration (preferred).
