What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
Hands-on experience building and operating generative AI or agentic systems in production.
Strong product mindset with proven ability to drive ambiguous problem spaces to high-quality outcomes.
Solid engineering fundamentals, including systems design, performance optimization, and debugging in complex environments.
Experience designing, running, and optimizing evaluations for agentic systems, including tools and agent loops.
Deep experience building customer-facing developer products, spanning platform foundations and user experiences.
