What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline and 4+ years of engineering experience in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Master's Degree in Computer Science and 6+ years of engineering experience, or a Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience is preferred.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
At least 1 year of experience with modern AI technologies including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG solutions, and cloud-scale data platforms.
At least 1 year of experience leveraging AI Coding Agents to develop product features.
Experience working with large-scale, distributed systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, AWS, or similar cloud computing platforms.
Demonstrated ownership of complex engineering projects and effective cross-team collaboration.
