What you'll do

What we're looking for

Proficiency with Nix, Nixpkgs, NixOS, and functional programming generally.
Deep understanding of how build systems and packaging ecosystems work.
Experience with one or more of the following languages: Rust, C++, Go, Python, or Haskell.
Ability to dive into large and complicated systems and use Nix to improve them.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Experience with managing cloud computing resources (e.g., AWS) (preferred).
Experience with modern build and deployment tooling, and continuous integration (e.g., NixOS, Terraform) (preferred).
Experience designing complex software systems and iterating upon designs via a technical design review process (preferred).
