What you'll do

Develop high-throughput, low-latency data processing pipelines to transform infrastructure telemetry into actionable intelligence at scale.
Identify new failure modes and operational patterns to create monitoring, analytics, and automation capabilities.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of services from initial architecture and design through deployment and operation.
Act as a technical leader and DRI for critical services, leading incident response and root cause analysis.
Drive reliability improvements and ensure high performance for cloud-native supercomputing infrastructure.
Champion engineering excellence through AI-assisted development, code reviews, and system design discussions.
Apply emerging trends in distributed systems and AI infrastructure to solve real-world operational challenges.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of technical engineering experience (preferred).
2+ years building end-to-end observability solutions for complex cloud infrastructure (preferred).
2+ years of specialized experience with AI/HPC system management, High-Speed Networks, HPC Storage, or managing Cloud Infrastructure (preferred).
