What you'll do

Design, build, test, and deploy production-grade AI agents and intelligent systems for cloud-based architectures.

Apply best practices in AI development, prompt engineering, and continuous integration to ensure code quality.
Manage technical debt and drive ongoing improvements in AI platforms and infrastructure.
Translate business needs into technology solutions by partnering with product and business stakeholders.
Mentor other engineers and contribute to the patterns and practices shaping AI engineering across the firm.

What we're looking for

BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of professional development experience in an object-oriented language like Java, Python, or JavaScript (preferred).
Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures including Salesforce, AWS, and Azure.
Experience with containerized microservices and agent frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to quality via automated testing, code reviews, and continuous delivery.
AWS Agentic AI development experience (preferred).
Salesforce integration experience via APIs or client/server framework (preferred).
