As a Senior Software Engineer on the CodeFlow and Ownership team within Windows Engineering System, you will build and operate scalable services and tools that empower engineers to move code from development to delivery efficiently. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check requirements.
Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience (preferred).
Experience with developer infrastructure, Azure, CI/CD platforms, or large-scale distributed services (preferred).
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Azure App Services, GitHub, or similar CI/CD automation (preferred).
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and large-scale telemetry systems like Kusto/KQL (preferred).
Track record of improving engineering system throughput, reliability, cost efficiency, or developer productivity for a large organization (preferred).
Experience mentoring engineers, leading complex projects across boundaries, and using AI-assisted development tools (preferred).
