What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required.
Candidates must have 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
A Master's degree and 6+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience, is preferred.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check every two years is required.
Experience in large scale system architecture, including web applications, microservices, database design, API design, and performance tuning is preferred.
Experience with Agentic systems such as ChatGPT or Claude is preferred.
Demonstrated programming skills and knowledge of architectural patterns for high-scale applications are preferred.
Ability to apply software engineering best practices including data structures, algorithms, testing, and debugging is preferred.
