What you'll do

Provide technical leadership for software engineering teams through the full development lifecycle.
Architect scalable solutions and define design requirements for the EnterpriseRx platform.
Solve complex engineering challenges through diagnostic analysis and independent code solutions.
Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and user story refinement in Agile ceremonies.
Develop and execute unit and integration tests to validate software functionality.
Remediate defects by solving root problems and improving surrounding code quality.
Mentor peers through debugging, refactoring, and establishing engineering best practices.
Embed AI technologies across the software development lifecycle to improve productivity.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of software engineering experience.
Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
Proficiency in Java (17/21+), Spring Boot, Gradle, and object-oriented software engineering with RESTful services.
Experience with event-driven systems like Kafka, microservices design, and API-first integration (OpenAPI, OAuth2).
Experience with SQL databases, performance monitoring, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
Experience with Azure cloud-native engineering, Angular, TypeScript, and AI-assisted development tools (preferred).
Authorized to work.
