What you'll do

Provide technical leadership for software engineering teams through the full development lifecycle.
Architect scalable solutions and define design requirements for the EnterpriseRx platform.
Develop and review user stories, unit tests, and integration tests to validate functionality.
Remediate defects and resolve severe security vulnerabilities in a regulated healthcare environment.
Mentor peers through code reviews, debugging, and establishing engineering best practices.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive high-quality software delivery and process improvements.
Embed AI-assisted engineering tools across the software development lifecycle.
Present complex technical topics and architectural guidance to business leaders and customers.

What we're looking for

Must have a degree or equivalent and typically 7+ years of relevant software engineering experience, or a Master’s plus 4+ years.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer support or sponsorship.
Must reside within Irving, TX, Moon Township, PA, Alpharetta, GA, or Columbus, OH.
Must have strong proficiency in Java (17/21+), Spring Boot, and Gradle.
Must have experience with object-oriented software engineering, RESTful services, and event-driven systems such as Kafka.
Must have experience with microservices design, modular architecture, API-first design, and relational databases like Oracle.
Must have experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version-control systems.
Experience with Azure, Docker, Angular, TypeScript, and Snowflake is preferred.
