What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software components and automation frameworks aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, test strategies, and validation models.
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies including unit, functional, integration, and performance testing.
Implement CI/CD integration pipelines and ensure high code coverage using tools like Jenkins and Sonar.
Apply secure coding practices to proactively identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks within the development lifecycle.
Participate in system architecture discussions to ensure solutions are observable, performant, and scalable.
Conduct and lead code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and maintainability.
Perform performance engineering, including load testing, bottleneck analysis, and troubleshooting complex production issues.

What we're looking for

Experience building applications and REST APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Data JPA.
Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
Proven experience in software engineering, including development, quality engineering, and testing across Linux and web applications.
Experience with automation development, CI/CD integration (Jenkins/XLR), and code coverage tools like Sonar or Clover.
Ability to apply secure coding practices and application security principles, such as OWASP.
Proficiency in SQL and relational data concepts.
Experience in cloud and microservices architecture or mainframe modernization (preferred).
Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience (preferred).
