Senior Software Engineer, Maritime As part of the Maritime Division, you will join a multi-disciplinary team developing autonomous systems for complex maritime operations. You will independently drive the delivery of software integrated into products, including autonomy, simulation, data processing, payload integration, and off-board command and control. Your daily work involves architecting, designing, and evolving next-generation autonomous platforms throughout their entire product lifecycle while mentoring other engineers. What you'll do

Own the end-to-end delivery of software for autonomy, simulation, data processing, and command and control systems.
Design and implement scalable software architectures that provide a clear path for future capability evolution.
Develop software for both on-robot platforms and off-board remote systems using various technologies.
Create test and simulation fixtures that operate with both software and hardware-in-the-loop components.
Manage the full lifecycle of vehicle and mission software, including development processes, testing, monitoring, and operation.
Develop reusable software components across multiple product lines to ensure consistency across different systems.
Act as a technical lead for the design, architecture, and evolution of next-generation autonomous platforms.
Support vehicle manufacturing, deployment, and the troubleshooting of remotely deployed software systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive professional experience as a Software Engineer in at least one domain or technology.
Proficiency in systems and application programming including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and system design.
Experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems.
Ability to manage the full software lifecycle from design and implementation through operation and sustainment.
Capability to act as a technical owner for services, including stakeholder engagement and roadmap management.
Ability to mentor junior team members and build team cohesion.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
