What you'll do

Develop scalable, high-quality systems across multiple products using C# and .NET.
Build and launch backend systems and APIs that meet specific performance SLAs.
Integrate AI coding tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot to accelerate development and improve code quality.
Design and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as S3, SQS, and DynamoDB.
Implement microservices, distributed systems, and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Write unit, performance, and automated end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability.
Participate in architectural decision-making for large-scale software projects.
Mentor junior engineers and build team consensus on technical standards and practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college.
6+ years of production development experience with C# and .NET or .NET Core.
Proven history of building/launching successful products, meeting performance SLAs, and writing unit, performance, and automated end-to-end tests.
Strong experience building APIs and backend systems using software design principles.
Active participation in mentoring developers and building team consensus.
Working knowledge of Vue.js or React in TypeScript (preferred).
Experience with relational database design, AWS services, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot (preferred).
