What you'll do

Design and develop software using Object Oriented principles and design patterns to ensure high reusability.
Write unit testable software using C# and .NET technologies.
Develop database stored procedures, SQL scripts, and ETL jobs that meet corporate standards.
Maintain and contribute to the company's core product architecture and frameworks.
Evaluate emerging technologies and best practices to strengthen the technology platform.
Mentor other developers and build consensus across different teams on software projects.
Utilize AI coding tools for development, refactoring, and debugging tasks.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college.
9+ years of production development experience with C# .Net (or .Net Core).
Working knowledge of Vue, React, or Angular in TypeScript.
Experience with AWS S3, SQS, Dynamo, ElastiCache, Apache Kafka, and Datadog.
Ability to leverage AI Coding Tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot for development and debugging.
Demonstrated track record of building and launching successful products and platforms.
Must be eligible to work full-time in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Experience with relational database design, performance tuning, and Git-based workflows.
