What you'll do

Design and develop web applications using Object-Oriented design principles to ensure high reusability and maintainability.
Write unit testable software with C# and contribute to the development of database stored procedures and SQL scripts.
Drive continuous improvement within Agile/Scrum teams by participating in discussions on new ideas and improvements.
Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for strengthening CoStar’s technology platform and development practices.
Facilitate consensus among different teams working on software development projects.

What we're looking for

7+ years of production development experience with C# .Net or .Net Core
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
Working knowledge of Vue, React, or Angular in TypeScript
Experience with AWS services including S3, SQS, Dynamo, ElastiCache, Apache Kafka, and Datadog
Demonstrated ability to build and launch successful software products and platforms
Deep understanding of business drivers for the software being developed
Leverage AI coding tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot for development tasks
