What we're looking for

5+ years of professional software engineering experience designing, building, and operating production systems across the full stack.
Proficiency with modern frontend technologies and frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
Strong experience building scalable distributed services in Go or Python.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis.
Experience working with event-driven architectures such as Kafka.
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, gRPC, service-oriented architectures, and microservice integration patterns.
Proven track record of taking complex features from ambiguity through technical design, phased rollout, and production validation.
Clear, structured communication skills to articulate trade-offs and drive technical consensus across distributed teams.
