Senior Software Engineer I, Fincrime Requests

What you'll do

• Develop automated systems using LLMs to process law enforcement and partner bank email requests.
• Build a unified platform to manage both RFI and Law Enforcement case management workflows.
• Create self-service capabilities for law enforcement and partner banks to access customer information efficiently.
• Implement automated response generation systems using LLMs and templating for consistent, professional communication.
• Enhance escalation logic to identify criminal activity while reducing false positives and customer friction.
• Optimize the handling of suspended transactions to minimize impact on customers while maintaining compliance.
• Design and implement data enrichment systems that automatically gather relevant customer information.
• Lead technical architecture discussions regarding systems handling sensitive law enforcement and partner communications.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience working with Java, Spring framework, asynchronous message queues, and microservices architecture is essential.
• Experience building scalable case management platforms that can handle growing global request volumes.
• Ability to implement data enrichment systems that automatically gather relevant customer information.
• Ability to create flexible templating systems for generating responses across different jurisdictions and languages.
• Experience in developing automated systems using LLMs for processing law enforcement and partner bank communications.
• Capability to lead technical architecture discussions on systems handling sensitive law enforcement and partner communications.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers in financial crime investigation processes and external stakeholder management.
