What you'll do

Design, develop, and scale consumer product features from React/TypeScript interfaces to Rails services and APIs.
Build resilient APIs and define data contracts for the React Native mobile application.

Monitor and own end-to-end quality metrics including page performance, funnel conversion, and accessibility.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve the reliability and scalability of existing systems.
Maintain high technical standards and code health across the engineering organization.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience developing software in a production environment at scale.
Proven experience with a modern front-end framework like React and a server-side framework like Ruby on Rails.
Proficiency with TypeScript and component-driven UI development.
Experience working with transactional databases, caching, and client-side state and performance.
Experience running experiments such as A/B tests and feature flags.
Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications.
Growth or consumer experience (preferred).
