What we're looking for
Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 3 years of experience.
Alternatively, possess 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year of experience (preferred).
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Python with strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
Expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC), including CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and debugging.
Experience with AI/ML integration and generative artificial intelligence tools to enhance software solutions.
Demonstrated skills in technical leadership, solution design, and mentoring peers.
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
