What you'll do

  • Evaluate, build, and apply tools in modernization projects for enterprise clients.
  • Facilitate usage of modernization tools and processes across project teams.
  • Identify opportunities for tooling deployment and select potential third-party tools.
  • Contribute to the development of tooling prototypes using Generative AI technologies.
  • Test MongoDB migration products and provide feedback to development teams.
  • Execute POCs by developing or extending existing tools for customer success.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years experience in field engineering, professional services consulting, or full-stack development with enterprise clients.
  • Proficiency in Java/C# and familiarity with database access patterns and frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise-scale software architectures, application methodologies, and deployment operations.
  • Experience developing enterprise applications using relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase, PostgreSQL).
  • Understanding of Generative AI concepts, tools, and services; experience building new applications/tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines for creative solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for team and customer interactions.
