What you'll do

Support customers through all phases of the application lifecycle including planning, design, deployment, and optimization.
Deliver classroom-based training to architects, developers, and operations personnel.
Communicate complex technical proposals simply and convincingly to a wide range of audiences.
Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers in their MongoDB adoption and modernization efforts.
Influence the MongoDB product roadmap by providing feedback from field experience to Product and Engineering teams.
Maintain required levels of billable utilization while fulfilling consulting engagements.
Communicate the product roadmap and technical updates to external clients.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be based in Berlin for the hybrid working model.
At least 2 years of software development, consulting, or support experience are required.
Experience with enterprise-scale software architectures, application development methodologies, and deployment operations is required.
Proficiency in at least one language: Java, C++, C#, Python, Node.js, Ruby, Perl, Scala, or Go.
Experience with databases such as MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server, or PostgreSQL is required.
Familiarity with Linux diagnostics and tuning is required; Windows tuning knowledge is a plus (preferred).
Fluency in both English and German languages is required.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time is required.
