As a Senior Consulting Engineer on the Professional Services team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to help customers of all sizes maximize their use of MongoDB. What you'll do

Support customers through all phases of the application lifecycle including design, deployment, and optimization.
Deliver classroom-based training to architects, developers, and operations teams.
Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers in adopting MongoDB solutions.
Translate complex technical proposals into simple, convincing communications for diverse audiences.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence the MongoDB product roadmap based on field experience.
Maintain high levels of billable utilization while ensuring client success.
Provide expert guidance on database migrations, modernization, and cloud adoption.

What we're looking for

Must be based in Tel Aviv for the hybrid working model.
Possess at least 2 years of experience in software development, consulting, or support across various industries.
Demonstrate excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Exhibit confidence in speaking and presenting within a collaborative customer setting.
Proficiency in at least one language: Java, C++, C#, Python, Node.js, Ruby, Perl, Scala, or Go.
Experience with databases such as MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Linux diagnostics and tuning; Windows tuning knowledge is a plus.
Must be capable of frequent travel to customer sites during the working week.
