What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or 3+ years of equivalent industry experience.
Extensive experience architecting, building, and maintaining mission-critical distributed systems at large scales.
Deep understanding of distributed systems fundamentals including consistency, latency, and throughput trade-offs.
Experience using generative AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle to produce high-quality software.
Proficiency in Java or Kotlin with Spring for hands-on software development.
Proven experience with high-volume REST and/or gRPC services and cloud-native applications (e.g., AWS).
Expertise in containerization, orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
