What you'll do

Design, build, and scale next-generation bare-metal provisioning systems for millions of servers.
Automate the full server lifecycle including hardware bring-up, firmware management, and instance provisioning.
Develop high-performance microservices to configure and validate server platforms across a massive fleet.
Manage low-level system components such as BMCs, NICs, GPUs, and custom firmware stacks.
Design and develop distributed systems using Java, C++, or Python for cloud infrastructure.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform.
Troubleshoot and perform performance tuning for large-scale, highly available distributed systems.
Debug complex issues across the stack including Linux, Docker, and networking protocols.

What we're looking for

5 to 8 years of experience delivering and operating large scale, highly available distributed systems, Linux development, and Systems debugging.
Strong knowledge of Object Oriented programming in C++ or Java.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals.
Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
Working familiarity with networking protocols like TCP/IP and HTTP, along with standard network architectures.
Strong understanding of databases, storage, and distributed persistence technologies.
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills; experience building multi-tenant, virtualized infrastructure (preferred).
