What you'll do

Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
Define and drive technical architecture, engineering standards, and development best practices across multiple teams.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide teams through implementation strategies.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and escalation support for complex production incidents and architecture decisions.
Review application designs, code, and infrastructure components to ensure quality and compliance with organizational standards.
Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices including DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
Design and implement integration solutions using APIs and event-driven architectures across internal and external platforms.
Establish technical roadmaps and identify opportunities for modernization, automation, and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

8-12 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and React and/or Angular.
Extensive experience with cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (preferred).
Strong experience with Kubernetes (GKE preferred), cloud-native development, container orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Concourse, ArgoCD, and Terraform.
Hands-on experience with API Management and Integration platforms such as Apigee.
Experience working within regulated environments such as healthcare, pharmacy, or financial services.
