What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years of experience, OR a Master's with 1+ year, OR a PhD.
At least 2 years of academic or work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
Hands-on experience with agentic AI and LLM application development including tool calling, RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript for full-stack web application development using Angular or React.
Experience building backend services/APIs, integrating with SQL/NoSQL databases, and deploying on AWS or Azure.
Knowledge of microservices architecture, enterprise authentication, role-based access control, and security best practices.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, and CSS (preferred).
Experience with agentic SDLC tooling, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or integrating Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 APIs (preferred).
