JOB TITLE: Sr. Engineer, AI Platforms and Solutions
The Sr. Engineer, AI Platforms and Solutions joins the Enterprise AI Platform and Solutions team to design, develop, and deliver next-generation AI-powered applications and reusable platform capabilities. This role involves building and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions, including document ingestion, vector search, and evaluation frameworks. You will develop LLM-powered agents, backend services, and APIs to improve knowledge discovery and business workflows. Key responsibilities include architecting scalable cloud-native solutions on Kubernetes and public cloud platforms while maintaining production-ready CI/CD pipelines. Required technical skills include Python, Java, C#.NET, Rust, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Angular, HTML, and CSS. You will solve complex problems regarding system performance, latency, and reliability while integrating semantic search and multi-agent systems into enterprise-grade software environments.
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions including document ingestion, indexing, and vector search.
Develop and integrate LLM-powered capabilities, agents, and AI services into enterprise applications.
Design and enhance end-to-end AI-powered enterprise applications, backend services, and agentic workflows.
Architect and operate scalable cloud-native AI solutions on Kubernetes and public cloud platforms.
Design and implement APIs, MCP-compatible services, and enterprise connectors for AI and search capabilities.
Build and maintain production-ready CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and observability tooling.
Optimize system performance across application, retrieval, inference, and data-processing layers for cost and latency.
What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with 2+ years of software engineering experience.
Must have a Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with 1+ year of software engineering experience.
Must have a PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Must have 2+ years of academic or work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
Must have strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#.NET, Rust, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Angular, Node.js, HTML, and CSS.
Must have experience designing and building full-stack applications, including user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.
Must have hands-on experience developing or deploying AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, semantic search, or agentic workflows.
Must have experience deploying cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP using containerized and Kubernetes-based environments.
