Senior Software Engineer, Agentic Engineering

What you'll do

• Identify friction points in engineering workflows to determine where agentic workflows will have the highest impact.
• Develop durable, scalable infrastructure to automate code generation, testing, and tuning across frameworks and compilers.
• Build multi-agent orchestration systems using frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph to drive autonomous loops.
• Agent-ify compiler infrastructure to enable autonomous agents to perform high-dimensional optimizations on real hardware.
• Integrate agentic systems into git-native workflows and CI pipelines for automated building and testing.
• Iterate with early-adopter teams to validate and revise plans based on production integration feedback.
• Contribute reusable agentic methodologies to the broader organization to facilitate wide-scale adoption.

What we're looking for

• MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Working knowledge of GPUs or other highly data-parallel systems.
• Demonstrated projects or work experience using and supporting AI systems.
• Experience building tools or systems shaped by direct partnership with internal customer or user teams.
• Experience in multi-agent orchestration frameworks, compiler infrastructure, autonomous search, hardware-aware optimization, or code generation systems.
• Experience building evaluation harnesses, internal tools for force-multiplying teams, or staying updated on kernel programming techniques (preferred).
