What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications for Prior Authorization Operations.
Build and implement Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions in production environments.
Develop microservices and distributed systems using Python and modern API frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
Architect and manage event-driven and streaming solutions using technologies such as Kafka.
Modernize legacy applications and infrastructure on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering for automated decisioning systems.
Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers and leading architecture reviews.
Manage production support, system reliability, and performance optimization for high-availability applications.

What we're looking for

5+ years of software engineering experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale applications.
2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead, Senior Engineer, or equivalent leadership role.
Expertise in Python development with modern API frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes (GKE), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience developing event-driven systems using Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI workflows.
Experience with cloud-native data technologies including BigQuery, BigTable, and SQL.
Master's Degree in a related field and relevant certifications in Cloud, Kubernetes, or AI/ML (preferred).
