Senior Site Reliability Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, build, and operate large-scale, distributed, fault-tolerant systems using IaC, CI/CD, and automation tooling.
• Manage the patch, vulnerability, and golden-image lifecycle across the entire infrastructure fleet.
• Build and operate ML inference infrastructure including model serving, GPU workloads, and language model gateways.
• Establish infrastructure standards and security guardrails for agentic AI systems and internal operations tools.
• Execute multi-quarter initiatives involving compute rationalization, cloud re-platforming, and ML platform migration.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to troubleshoot issues across web services, databases, pipelines, and ML systems.

What we're looking for

• Must have a BSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Python is required, with familiarity in PHP, Node.js, or Ruby.
• Experience operating cloud-native compute on large scales using AWS (EC2, Kubernetes) and potentially Azure or GCP.
• Experience deploying and operating ML inference pipelines using SageMaker, OpenAI, Bedrock, or similar tools.
• Experience with vulnerability management and automated AMI/golden-image lifecycle management at scale.
• Strong debugging skills for distributed systems and infrastructure toolchains including provisioning and container orchestration.
• Understanding of how software and systems integrate to operate internet-hosted applications.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
