Establish and manage laboratory systems and processes to ensure efficient conjugation operations.

Oversee capital asset startup, equipment maintenance, calibration, and root cause failure analysis.
Ensure all laboratory activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations for potent compounds.
Lead business improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and support company objectives.
Manage project timelines and prioritize complex tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biological Engineering, or a related field with six years of relevant industry experience.
Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biological Engineering, or a related field with four years of relevant industry experience.
Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biological Engineering, or a related field.
Expertise in laboratory operations, setup, and management including inventory, training, and safety compliance.
Proficiency in conjugation chemistry, ADC, bioreactors, chromatographic techniques, and Design of Experiments (DOE).
Experience with capital planning, project management, and root cause investigations.
Knowledge of cGMP regulations, process design, optimization, and scale-up.
Laboratory start-up experience and knowledge of potent compounds or high-containment materials (preferred); 3 years of experience in troubleshooting equipment and capital projects (preferred).
