What you'll do

Design, refactor, and deploy automation frameworks to streamline Navy data workflows.
Develop and optimize high-performing data pipelines for large-scale dataset processing.
Modernize legacy scripts to improve execution speed, resource efficiency, and system resilience.
Build and maintain automated test suites using Pester for script validation and CI/CD integration.
Implement secure coding practices and role-based access controls for compliant automation.
Create data-driven tools and dashboards to improve decision-making across enterprise environments.
Participate in Agile delivery cycles, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience with data science or advanced analytics with the Department of War (DoW).
10+ years of experience developing PowerShell solutions including advanced scripting and secure automation.
Experience processing large-scale datasets, optimizing data pipelines, and applying structured analytics to mission-critical workflows.
Experience building, maintaining, and validating scripts using Pester, including test design and mocking.
Experience implementing secure coding practices, role-based access controls, and compliance-aligned automation.
Experience supporting Agile delivery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and cross-functional technical collaboration.
Ability to modernize legacy scripts and design data-driven tools across enterprise environments.
Bachelor’s degree and Secret clearance required; Master's degree, Top Secret clearance, and MSFT Power Platform Certifications are preferred.
