Senior Sales Engineer, Data Security

What you'll do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and prospects throughout the sales process.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify customer needs and business challenges.
• Plan, execute, and manage Proof-of-Concept (POC) and Production Evaluations.
• Design and champion complex security solutions involving Data Loss Prevention, Insider Risk, and Data Security Posture Management.
• Provide real-world customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams to improve company offerings.
• Deliver technical training presentations to internal peers, account managers, and other stakeholders.
• Create and maintain internal documentation and training materials across corporate communication channels.
• Develop solutions for common challenges and establish standardized processes within the sales engineering organization.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 5 years of experience selling solutions as a Sales Engineer or in related areas.
• Experience in Data Security and Insider Risk areas is preferred.
• Expertise in core security technologies such as Enterprise DLP, CASB, Insider Threat Management, Endpoint Security, Isolation, and DSPM.
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to identify business challenges and architect solutions to solve customer issues.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• CISSP or similar industry certification (preferred).
• Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
