What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor a team of antenna and RF hardware engineers to foster technical growth and high performance.
  • Establish technical direction for complex antenna and RF front-end development programs across multiple vehicle platforms.
  • Perform hands-on design, simulation, testing, and troubleshooting for antenna systems and RF circuit components.
  • Oversee the development of hardware supporting cellular, GNSS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, V2X, and satellite technologies.
  • Drive data-based decisions by guiding measurement, validation, and root-cause investigations to ensure product performance.
  • Manage design-for-manufacturing, design-for-test, and reliability considerations throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve RF desense, interference, and multi-radio coexistence challenges.
  • Partner with suppliers and technology partners to advance antenna solutions and support sourcing strategies.

What we're looking for

  • Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field.
  • 7+ years of overall antenna and/or RF development experience or similar.
  • Proven success leading antenna or RF front-end design efforts from concept through production.
  • Strong technical background in antenna design, electromagnetic simulation, RF circuit design, and system-level performance optimization.
  • Proficiency with RF/EM design and simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, ANSYS, ADS, or AWR.
  • Hands-on experience with RF laboratory equipment including vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
  • Experience leading engineering teams or providing technical leadership across complex development programs.
  • Experience with vehicle-level RF desense and multi-radio coexistence challenges (preferred).
