What we're looking for

  • Doctorate or Master's degree in relevant engineering field plus extensive technical experience.
  • 5+ years leading large-scale task forces and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product quality discipline within the electronics industry.
  • Experience with quality tools such as 8D, CLCA, SPC, FMEA, GR&R, FAI, CPK, PPAP.
  • Knowledge of metrics control including FPY, LRR, VLRR.
  • Familiarity with DFM and server assembly processes in OEM/ODM/CM industries.
