What you'll do

- Lead process FMEA on new technologies and manufacturing processes to mitigate risks.

- Establish quality monitoring mechanisms like SPC, CPK, control plans, and sampling across the supply chain.
- Develop capable suppliers that can execute at a high level for technology and scaling partnerships.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering & Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
- Experience performing statistical analysis using JMP or Excel for process improvements and quality control.
- Proficiency in Design of Experiments (DOE) for design, process, or material change validations.
- Expertise in using quality control tools like CPK, SPC, control plan, PQP, and AQL throughout manufacturing supply chain.
- Ability to perform FMEA for new designs and processes to define test plans and mitigate risks.
- Utilization of machine learning and AI concepts for image processing, data mining, and reporting.
