What you'll do

Drive continuous improvement in product design, manufacturing, and service to enhance reliability.
Ensure compliance with AS9100 quality management system standards.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators for quality across all stages of production.
Lead investigations into quality issues to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Support supplier inspection programs and manage incoming material inspections rigorously.
Execute containment, audit, and disposition actions for any quality escapes or defective materials.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality within aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical device fields.
Expertise in ISO 9001 and AS9100 regulated environments with hands-on knowledge of Quality core tools like FMEA, RCCA/8D, APQP, PPAP, and GD&T.
Strong project management skills to drive projects from start to finish, including supplier evaluation and qualification.
Experience as a lead auditor for AS9100 or other ISO 9001-based QMS standards.
Hands-on experience using mechanical and electrical metrology tools/instruments in manufacturing operations.
