What you'll do

Drive continuous improvement in product design, manufacturing, and service to enhance reliability.
Ensure compliance with AS9100 quality management system standards.
Develop and track key performance indicators for quality across all stages of production.

Support supplier inspection programs and material review board activities.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality within aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical device fields.
Expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and AS9100 certification compliance.
Proficiency in core quality tools such as FMEA, RCCA/8D, APQP, PPAP, and GD&T.
Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical metrology tools.
Leadership in driving projects from start to finish with a project management mindset.
Experience leading AS9100 or ISO 9001-based QMS audits.
