As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will join the Reliability Engineering team to ensure autonomous systems survive real-world conditions and deliver consistent performance across the entire product lifecycle. You will serve as a reliability champion, collaborating with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to drive design robustness from early concept through production scale-up. Your daily responsibilities include performing predictive reliability analysis, leading Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), executing qualification and validation test plans, and conducting root-cause failure investigations. You will utilize tools and standards such as MIL-HDBK-217Plus, MIL-HDBK-472, and MIL-STD-810 to conduct Weibull analysis and develop maintainability models. This role addresses the critical challenge of ensuring hardware reliability for safety-critical systems in defense domains including Air Dominance, Maritime, Ground Systems, Space, and Mission Autonomy.
