What you'll do

What we're looking for
10+ years implementing RCM and CbM/PdM methods in commercial facilities
Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems
Proven experience with building automation, energy management, and CMMS/EAM systems
Expertise in analyzing incomplete data sets to deliver informed recommendations
Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency for manipulating large data sets
Background in multi-disciplinary projects applying system integration techniques
Certified Reliability Leader or Maintenance Reliability Professional preferred
