Senior Red Hat Architect, Hybrid Cloud and Data

What you'll do

• Serve as the client-facing technical authority to shape and win platform engagements valued at $3M and above.
• Design and deliver secure hybrid cloud platforms using Red Hat OpenShift, Ansible, Terraform, and Vault.
• Deploy and harden Kubernetes-native platforms to meet FedRAMP, DISA STIG, and IL5/IL6 security standards.
• Build and maintain core practice accelerators, including STIG-hardened reference architectures and cATO automation pipelines.
• Lead technical demonstrations and proofs of concept to establish differentiation in competitive federal pursuits.
• Translate complex platform requirements into deployable, mission-ready solutions for air-gapped and SCIF environments.
• Execute VMware migration factory projects to compress delivery timelines for federal clients.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Ten or more years of enterprise platform engineering or architecture experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Ansible Automation Platform in production.
• Hands-on expertise deploying and hardening Kubernetes-native platforms to DISA STIG, FedRAMP, and IL5 or IL6 requirements.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering hybrid cloud infrastructure for federal clients across DoD, civilian, or intelligence community environments.
• Client-facing experience leading technical solutioning on engagements valued at $3M and above.
• Active Secret clearance or higher (preferred).
• Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) or equivalent advanced Red Hat certifications in OpenShift and Ansible (preferred).
