Senior Solution Architect, DevSecOps Offering GTM

What you'll do

• Serve as the lead technical delivery for federal civilian, DoD, and IC DevSecOps and Application Operations pursuits.
• Own the technical solution for every deal, including architecture, staffing, basis of estimate, and proposal content.
• Act as the technical anchor through the procurement lifecycle for RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses and code challenges.
• Lead the IRAD and engineering roadmap to develop next-generation agentic AI software factory solutions.
• Manage the technical roadmap to refactor the software factory with agentic AI across provisioning and operations.
• Represent the offering at client briefings and industry days while producing reference architectures and demo environments.
• Mentor architects and senior engineers while setting engineering and communication standards across the practice.

What we're looking for

• US Citizenship Required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.
• In technology services, including as a lead architect on U.S. federal DevSecOps or platform engineering programs.
• Experience designing and building Kubernetes-based DevSecOps platforms using IaC, GitOps, and continuous ATO evidence.
• Proven experience leading technical proposal content, code challenges, and orals for federal pursuits with documented wins.
• Practical experience applying LLM/agent frameworks and tool orchestration to engineering workflows with at least one shipped agentic capability.
• Deep fluency in federal security standards including NIST SP 800-218, 800-53 r5, 800-171, 800-190, and FedRAMP/DoD IL baselines.
• Bachelor's Degree.
