What you'll do

Architect and evolve scalable test automation platforms for the Apple Maps ecosystem.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish formal quality gates.
Implement and monitor performance metrics, health indicators, and engineering scorecards.
Drive advanced QE practices including AI-assisted test generation and anomaly detection.
Establish end-to-end observability standards for metrics, tracing, and logging.
Develop comprehensive performance test strategies and plans across multiple platforms.
Facilitate root cause analysis and implement preventative measures for identified issues.
Design and maintain automated reporting for test results and quality metrics.

What we're looking for

BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
6+ years in Quality Engineering, specializing in large-scale test automation and advanced QE practices.
Proficiency in at least one automation language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Understanding of testing methodologies.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Ability to communicate intricate technical analysis and actionable recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of power management and battery-life analysis (preferred).
Experience with automated testing for native iOS/macOS applications using the XCUITest framework (preferred).
