What you'll do

Manage and optimize petabyte-scale analytics infrastructure across bare-metal and cloud environments.
Provide technical leadership for Hadoop and Kubernetes infrastructure, including related services and tools.
Develop mission-critical automation and internal tools using Python, Golang, and Generative AI.
Manage hardware lifecycle, capacity planning, and fleet growth through innovative tooling and proactive planning.
Implement and extend infrastructure-as-code (IaC) to ensure reliable service architecture and deployment.
Lead incident management and perform production on-call duties for 24/7 operations.
Mentor other engineers and partner with teams to improve technical operations and system reliability.

What we're looking for

12+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering managing infrastructure and services at scale.
5+ years of experience in management or technical leadership roles.
Demonstrable programming skills in Python and Golang to develop tools and lead code reviews.
Experience managing Hadoop and Kubernetes infrastructure and related services.
Advanced knowledge of Linux, Networking, and Containers.
History of end-to-end project management and delivery.
Preferred experience in SRE or related work managing infrastructure at scale.
Experience with scale testing, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.
