Senior Proposal and Capture Analyst

What you'll do

• Develop compelling narratives and compliant documents for major government proposals and white papers.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, persuasive content for customer-facing materials.
• Manage the proposal infrastructure by maintaining CRM data, project schedules, and internal review cycles.
• Coordinate with engineering and legal teams to ensure accurate representation of technology and corporate data.
• Conduct data collection for proposals including past performance information, resumes, and graphics.
• Develop and curate a library of prose, briefs, and graphics for use across the business.
• Analyze costs and pricing models to support the development of competitive bidding strategies.

What we're looking for

• Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in the government or defense contracting space.
• Must possess U.S. Person status to access export-controlled data.
• Must hold an active SECRET clearance.
• Ability to work in classified environments is required, with a TOP SECRET clearance preferred.
• Proficiency in cost accounting principles and pricing methodologies is required.
• Advanced Excel skills are required to analyze costs and manage financial models.
• Strong writing, critical analysis, and ability to synthesize complex information into coherent narratives are required.
• Strong project management skills to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion are required.
